Top Wood Jobs can supply either Retained or Contingency Searches:

Retained Search:

Total fee is 20% of the candidate’s first year compensation. 1/3 of the fee up front to start the search and the remainder 90 days after the candidate has accepted employment and is still employed by you. The retainer will be reimbursed if qualified candidates are not submitted per the agreed upon job requirements.

Contingency Search:

Total fee is 25% of the candidate’s first year compensation. The total fee is due 90 days after the candidate has accepted employment and is still employed by you.

Discounted Searches:

For exclusive searches where we are the only recruiter or where multiple placements are provided, discounts can be negotiated.

All fees are paid by employers.
