Details: World Class Maintenance Experience managing multi craft industrial maintenance supervisors and craftsmen. Good computer skills using CMMS along with work orders. Strong maintenance planning and maintenance scheduling experience. Must have wood panels experience.
Job Purpose
Champion of World Class Maintenance. Responsible for managing maintenance at the plant. Manages site assets, facility maintenance and modifications or additions to supply feedback for plant managers to allow the facilities to safely produce a quality product at maximum production for the least cost.
Working Relationships
· This position reports to the Plant Manager and manages the maintenance lead maintenance personnel.
Administrative Tasks
· Monitor and report on maintenance and process continuous improvement.
· Procure necessary resources for department.
· Reduce reactive maintenance by promoting proactive maintenance.
· Understand critical production processes and procedures for the plants.
· Update Plant Managers with maintenance goals and status as required.
· Equipment Assets Management
· CMMS hardware and software management for the site.
· Oversee the identification of critical spare parts and assets.
· Responsible for overseeing machine documentation and databases including the CMMS.
· Review and supply support to PM, PDM and TPM programs development.
· Labor Management
· Review maintenance staffing requirements and advise management.

· 10 years in industrial maintenance. 5 years with CMMS systems and work orders.

· Planning and scheduling.
· Project management principals.
· Understand World Class and Best in the Industry Maintenance practices.
· Thorough understanding of the plant's machine operations and maintenance requirements.

· Primary wood processing 24/7 experience
Salary
· Minimum salary $90,000 depending on experience plus bonus based on personal and plant performance.
