Maintenance Assessment

A maintenance assessment can help you understand your current maintenance status and provide insight to improvements. The first step for maintenance improvements involves determining the current status of maintenance systems.  We have a detailed assessment process that determines the maintenance condition and needs.  Once this assessment has been completed we will summarize and prioritize improvements.  From here we will assist the plant to implement the changes, with regular visits or we can help for selected opportunities.

This maintenance assessment and report will identify the status of maintenance systems and supply recommendations for improvement.  We will compare current maintenance practices at the plant to existing World Class Maintenance and the wood industry’s current best maintenance practices.  Our assessment will involve a plant tour and meetings with maintenance and operations personnel to determine the current situation and identify opportunities available.
